It is time to carbo load for the swimmers last meet of the season.  We will serve spaghetti, salad, bread, drinks, cookies. 

Swimmers will have a chance to hang out with their teammates and have some fun!

Dinner is for Swimmers only.   We will have uncooked boxes of pasta at the pool for parents to pick up and cook at home.  Please bring back to the pool the day of the event in a zip lock bag and have the cabana staff put it in the frig.

Swimmers need to check in the morning of each meet. They must circle their event numbers AND initial next to their name. Anyone who does not check in will be scratched from the meet. All swimmers must be checked in by 7:15am.

Check in tables will be outside of the pool deck. Please do not approach the computer desk. They are working hard to get the meet started. Go to the coordinators or coaches if you have questions.

11:30/12:00 - Possible end time. **Please do not leave the meet before the Freestyle relays. Once your swimmer finishes freestyle, check in with the coaches to see if they are swimming in a relay.

Pop-up Tents

We can have 16 Pop-up tents at the home meet, they must be spaced out (no side by side). 8 tents on the big lawn, 4 on bocce courts, smaller lawns also open. Please share with families.

All tables and umbrellas will be open, plus 4 picnic tables. We have plenty of room for everyone.

Spectator chairs will be placed on both sides of the pool so you can watch and cheer the swimmers on. We are using many of the cabana chairs for this, so you may need to bring chairs for the round tables.

Swim-A-Thon

Check-in at least 15 minutes before your scheduled swim time.

Swimmers need to check in before their age group time slot to turn in their pledge sheet and get their lap count sheet.  

8:00-8:30am - 6 and Unders

8:30-9:00am - 7-8 year olds

9:00-9:45am - 9-10 year olds

9:45-10:30am - 11-12 year olds

10:30-11:15am - 13-14 year olds

11:15-12:00pm - 15-18 year olds

For new families, Swim-A-Thon is just like a school Walk-A-Thon. The kids will have a certain amount of time to swim as many laps as they can. Friends and family can pledge per lap or a flat donation. Swim-A-Thon pledge sheets and flyer will be sent out this weekend by Friday.

Parents can enjoy pancake breakfast and our silent auction while the kids swim. The kids can get pancakes before or after their age group time slot. Please see Pancake Breakfast flyer with more detail. A QR code and link will take you to the Google sheet sign up and payment form.

Time Trials

Time Trials will be split into 2 halfs.

1st half will be 10 and under swimmers and parents only. They will swim all of their events and then be done for the day.

2nd half will be 11-18 year olds and parents. They will come into the pool approximately 10:00am.

A separate email will be sent out explaining the details for the meet.

Snack Shack will be open. The menu options will be in the meet email.

Mandatory Parent Meeting

The parent meeting is mandatory. We ask that you make every effort to send an adult to the meeting. This is especially important for new families. We will be discussing how meets, and some volunteer shifts are different this year.

No kids are allowed at the meeting.

If you have a major conflict, please arrange to get information from another parent.

Parent Meeting Help

It would be great if someone could take notes at the meeting so we can send them out afterward. Since Kristen and I will be talking, it will be too hard for us to capture any questions that come up. If you can volunteer to do this for us, please drop us an email.
